We stand by the quality, craftsmanship and performance of our products, and above all we're committed to you as a valued customer. 

All products come with a warranty on all manufacturing faults or defects. Each product range is covered by separate warranty conditions. The warranty period commences from the date the product is dispatched from our facilities and is valid for the periods as indicated.

1). WAVE SKI RANGE:

3.0WS Wave Ski / 3.8MK2 Wave Ski / 3.8MK3 Wave Ski / 3.8MK4 Wave Ski / 3.8MK SURF-X Wave Ski / Double Wave Ski.

3 Years - Composite Components (hull, deck and join):   

The components which are construed of composite materials (hull, deck and join) which includes gelcoats, fibreglass, resins, carbon fibre, Kevlar, core materials and/or alternative materials which are used in the manufacture of these parts, are warranted for a period of 3 years against defects in workmanship and/or materials.

1 Year - Accessories and Design Extras (all fixed parts and accessories):

Product component parts and accessories which includes but not is limited to; fin and fin box, carry handles, paddle leash and plug, stickers, deck lines, or any other non-standard feature as itemised on the sales invoice, are warranted for a period of 1 year against defects in workmanship and/or materials.

2). LEISURE & RESORT RANGE:

Single Coral Viewer / Double Coral Viewer / Single Resort Ski / Double Resort Ski.

5 Years - Composite Components (hull, deck and join):   

The components which are construed of composite materials (hull, deck and join) which includes gelcoats, fibreglass, resins, and/or alternative materials which are used in the manufacture of these parts, are warranted for a period of 5 years against defects in workmanship and/or materials.

1 Year - Accessories and Design Extras (all fixed parts and accessories):

Product component parts and accessories which includes but not is limited to; carry handles, paddle leash and plug, stickers, deck lines, or any other non-standard feature as itemised on the sales invoice, are warranted for a period of 1 year against defects in workmanship and/or materials.

3). OCEAN RACING RANGE:

POS-1 Ocean Racing Ski.

1 Year - Composite Components (hull, deck and join):   

The components which are construed of composite materials (hull, deck and join) which includes gelcoats, fibreglass, resins, carbon fibre, Kevlar, core materials and/or alternative materials which are used in the manufacture of these parts, are warranted for a period of 1 year against defects in workmanship and/or materials.

1 Year - Accessories and Design Extras (all fixed parts and accessories):

Product component parts and accessories which includes but not is limited to; rudder system (complete), venturi drain, foot-straps, carry handles, paddle leash and plug, stickers, deck lines, or any other non-standard feature as itemised on the sales invoice, are warranted for a period of 1 year against defects in workmanship and/or materials.

4). WARRANTY TERMS & CONDITIONS (All Product Ranges)

Our products are manufactured using high-quality materials from leading suppliers and the quality of each completed product is assessed before being dispatched from our facilities.

Although composite materials are extremely durable and withstand heavy usage in harsh environments, it is vitally important that adequate care and maintenance is undertaken on an ongoing basis to increase the useful life of the product. 

While a certain level of care and maintenance can help to reduce general wear and tear, as these products are used overtime normal wear and tear is unavoidable. For information on our care and maintenance recommendations please refer to Care Instructions.

The Warranty is only valid if the product is used for its intended purpose and for which it was designed. If the product is found to be defective by Pullen Surf Skis, in its sole discretion, the responsibility of Pullen Surf Skis shall be limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product or parts only or otherwise determined at the time of physical inspection.

Pullen Surf Skis will not be responsible for any costs, losses or damages incurred as a result of loss of use of product. This warranty is subject to the following limitations in addition to those imposed by applicable consumer laws.

All transportation costs associated with warranty claims are at the expense of the customer. Pullen Surf Skis is not responsible for any damages incurred in transport, for storing or transportation fees, nor for inconvenience or loss of time or money while repairs are being made. Pullen Surf Skis reserves the right to determine whether the terms of the warranty have been properly complied with.

5). EXCLUSIONS (All Product Ranges)

The following are excluded from coverage under this warranty:

THIS WARRANTY IS IN ADDITION TO AND DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS AND PROTECTIONS UNDER THE APPLICABLE CONSUMER LAWS.

Making a Claim:

1. Contact us immediately.

2. Provide the following by email to info@pullensurfskis.com :

a) Detailed description of the defective area and/or component subject to the warranty claim.

b) Photographs of the areas showing the defect.

c) Copy of the original commercial invoice(s).

3. Pullen Surf Skis will assess the warranty claim and notify you of the determination and the following procedures.
